The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with shopping areas nearby. The rooms are small and more suitable for single occupancy but unfortunately had a strong smell of smoke due to their close proximity to each other. The service provided was attentive, but there were excessive forms to fill out for foreigners. The dining experience was good, albeit not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel was like four-star quality with top-rated cleanliness, comfort, ambiance, decor, and facilities. However, the provision of only one soap and one shampoo pouch in the washroom could be improved.
